Hi Vishal, What test I required to identify fistula ? I already went to multiple doctors but everyone told its hemeroid but only one of them told its fistula.
MRI pelvis with MR fistulogram
1. Have very active lifestyle. (30 min vigorous exercise)
2.DIET:
-Have high fibre diet
-Drink a lot of water (3-4L)
3. DO KEGEL EXERCISES (pelvic floor muscle exercise)
- watch a good video to learn it.
- do 3-4 times daily
4 SITZ BATH
- Watch detailed video
- do it 3-4 times daily
5.HOME REMEDIES
- Increase dietry fibre(fruits, green veg)
-Don't eat fried food, processed food
- Avoid more oily food
- Use ISABGOL
6. Don't sit for long time in washroom
-DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE ALONG WITH YOU.

I cured my piles 80 90% by doing yoga, nd eating clean food with 5 6 litres of water daily

Right after waking up, drink 2 glass of water( lukewarm preferred)
And after that do some yoga - pranayama,kapalbhati, analom vilom,
Moolbandh is must.
Eat fiberous foods.
No oily ,junk foods at any cost
Drink isabgol
Don't force yourself to pass the stools. Only go bathroom when needed
.best treatment.. but i think for pile you should take nirgundi oil and mahashank vati

Sir I have developed a small painless bump around my anus and it does not bleed....my doctor has suggested ointments and asked me to reduce weight as I don't suffer from constipation....is using ointments safe? How long will it take for me to cure it ?
