Hello! Yes, you can book a ticket first before applying for e visa. Actually, I did the same as well during my visit. The visa is easier to apply as long as you provided complete documents I mentioned in the video.

Hello po, nagbayad po ako thru bank (debit card) online banking.. nilagay ko lang po mga details then nagsend ng OTP then nagprocess po agad agad ang payment. Nakakareceive po ba kayo ng OTP tapos nagffail padin?
hello po, as long as the details that you provided are correct and they match with the uploaded documents after they checked it then I think it will be approved. In my experience, it was smooth and I got it after 24 hrs. Medyo nadelay yung dating ng email pero chinecheck ko sya sa website.
