Treadmill Tip #2 - Lubricate the Belt

Don't let your treadmill get destroyed! It takes just a few minutes to lubricate the belt every few months - just like changing oil in a car, lubrication is needed to keep it running well.

I have had a weslo treadmill for 4 years already and suddenly it's stopping working after certain time (could be 5 to sometimes 20 minutes 😡)
I already did clean it the same way you just did.
Lubrication I will do when my order arrived.
I will vacuum the motor rn!!

I lubricated with my hand on the bottom of the mat (just like you) and I lubricated the surface of the treadmill as well , but now it’s a lil slippery when I walk on it ..
Is it because I oiled it too much ?
