When my friend's and I played Just Dance growing up we had a "do all the dance moves" rule, but it was agreed on by everyone and if we felt we couldn't do a move we didn't have to do it. And after every round we'd watch the playback of us dancing that the WiiU captured. It once caught the moment where I ended up punching my a lofted bed full force and crumpling in pain, which we watched back about a million times.

@@sakurafalls2468 It's a pity the people around you act that way, that ain't right! :( When I play with my friends, we dance once with one person focusing on arms, the other on legs, until we fail-then help each other learn the other half of the moves. The ones that watch the dancers, keep an eye out for what moves we consistently messed up so we don't teach the other dancer wrong, and they don't dunk on the dancers! Then we'd have the 2 watchers swap spots with the dancers and do that again and again until we wanted to try a new song. The point of Just Dance is you have to suck at first to eventually become good at it, so my friends always treated each song like a group project and worked on getting everyone semi-decent at it so we all had fun and see how much we'd remember when we next played it. But, my friend group all adores just dance and dancing it properly. When friend groups are crappy about it, sometimes it's better to play Just Dance alone if you have it as much as that sucks. :/
Im so late but like i have a bunch of just dance games (2014-Wii, 2020-Wii and Nintendo Switch, 2021-Nintendo Switch, 2022-Nintendo Switch, 2023 Edition-Nintendo Switch, 2024 Edition- Nintendo Switch) and now that im playing Just Dance 2021 and 2020 like everyday when I get the opportunity I can say that it depends on the songs wether you actually dance the song or just wave your hands (only using your hands makes it easier to learn certain techniques to get perfects) good exemples: Infernal Galop (Can-Can) (2020) - You should use your full body even though its very hard to keep up Feel Special (Extreme version) (2021) - If you havent learned the choreography using only your hands will help you big time So the girl using only her arms and hands is completely legit playing the game considering you only have a motion sensor on a controller instead of a screen for xbox and can be an avantage 😊
I’m pretty sure Ubisoft made it available for two players to play one dancer simultaneously, but this is SO TRUE!!! Especially for the people you first start to play just dance!
