In Lidl the price labels are placed over the product, not under. That's maybe why some of the products seemed overly expensive or cheap, because you look at the wrong price.
And he's saying dollar, dollar, all the time. But it's euros. And he knows it's not cents. But it is cents, -eurocents. So basicly almost the whole video is wrong! He also calls the store "laidel", and he seems a little annoyed about another man being busy on his phone. And he has been filming and talking through the whole store...

Notes: - Some labels are above the product so you read some wrong - Slovakia does not use USD, they use €. 1€ is not 1$ - Slovakia salaries are low, they earn little, but not as low as eastern europe
@@chrisrauber6602 Didn't know that. I wrote only what I googled. My mistake so around 15 you say. So imagine that what would you do if you'll live in Slovakia. Probably the same what I did since we've become member of the EU. Emigrated 😉 Best decision in my life. Take care.

I had underbaked products 5 times in a row, I don't go there anymore.and in the particular lidl in which you filmed, for example, the cooler has not been working for a year when you enter with the drinks, they are still warm. I wrote to them saying welcome to Slovakia
in Polish Biedronka they leave food after coming off the truck, unrefrigerated due to lack of staff, often the things you end up buying are spoiled... ask me how i know.

Yes, I did read some of the wrong labels. I realize that now. I used 1 Euro and $1 as the same because they were the same at the time of the video.
Pretty the same prices as in Austria. Bread/Cakes tend to be somewhat cheaper....
Yeah and considering that in Slovakia hourly minimum wage is around 5€ and in Austria around 25€. 🤔
@@pavolkocis7456 I am Austrian myself. Minimum wages here 12 Euros plus. 14 times. So about 15.....

I'm currently in the Basque country and the prices are more or less the same.
Thank you for commenting. I did some food price videos in Spain around 2019. I wonder how much the prices have changed since then.
@@ToGoIsToKnow I'll check the video out.
On eggs; Free range or whatever - oh, man! Those eggs from whatever, that`s the shit!
Have a good one!
I love some whatever eggs.
