Jo is a brave lady and clearly has a respect for Stephen even though in character they are opposities as he is an extrovert and Jo an introvert. Since they are both writers it was marvellous to hear the background of other authors and fictional worlds they admire. I hope one day she will write again for the Potter world even if Harry is a minor character this time. She may regret now boxing herself in with the Epilogue but if thats what she wanted, its her creation.
I think certain readers affiliated with Dumbledore because they were as intelligent in a sense. Nothing wrong with being a Harry I was one too. But I get it now....well I think.
The combination of this video footage and that audio worked so well. As for who I identify with, I guess Hermonie. I'm not nearly as hard a worker as her, but I identify with how irritated she gets when people break rules xD.
It was easy to identify with Hermione, because everything about her personality was out in the open. But when Luna was mentioned, I felt more like her. Luna is closer to my personality.
I have the audio books of the Harry Potter series. They are narrated by Jim Dale. What's up? Did different people narrate these books? Perhaps an American publication and a different European publication?
If you have never listened to Stephen Fry's narration, then do yourself a favour and do so. No disrespect to Jim Dale.....but Stephen Fry's is a thousand times better.

Thank you for uploading this what a gem, I listen to the audiobooks every night to go sleep, thank you Jo and Stephen
I just finished listening to the first one by Stephen Fry
Cool hope you liked it.

Fantastic interview, much like the books I did not want it to end.
J.K Rowling and Stephen Fry's voices are so soothing
I liked the Virtual Walk with the Audio.
Wow 2007!
This interview is super!

This is great as an audio interview but I’m getting serious motion sickness from that seemingly-deliberately motion sickness-inducing video footage.
I listened to it without watching. As you say, nauseating footage... what a very strange choice.
I have always felt Hogwarts is more a place like Rivendell than a real school or the castle the way it is portrayed in the films.

I assume so. That they are not all narrated by the same person.
Jim Dale narrated the american version. Stephen did the british one.

Brilliant interview!
Two of my Favorite people
why does the lamp post wobble at 7:28?
It is shaking because it is cold.
So does jk and Stephen get along better now thought they had a falling out
I read that they did not really have an argument. I think it was just something that was blown out of proportion by people.
Ok good
I hate Harry Potter. I hate these hero types.
What kind of books you like to read?
the unreal player
Mystery, horror , thriller. Edgar Allan Poe, treasure Island, twice . Silence of the lambs ( three times), 1984 audio book (at least four times), bram stokers Dracula (twice). Clive barkers the hell bound heart and dread , etc...

kaz kk Daniel Radcliffe? Does that mean that you’re talking about movies rather then books?
