- Year 2 of my first stardew playthrough continues! Admittedly I fell off track with things as year 1 came to an end, felt a little bit bored. But my enjoyment for the game has returned and Ive been playing regularly again!
i cannot express how much i love putting these vods on and finishing all my work and chores, it’s just so comforting

I've finally caught up! started watching a few weeks ago while i was waiting for Hermitcraft 10 to start, and loved it so much i bought it! honestly thinking of streaming just so i can get that streamer luck ahahah but i'm dong pretty good! got my greenhouse updated on Day 2 of winter year 1, so that's good :)

Btw, do you know you can direct which way the tree falls when chopping it down by where you stand? That way you can prevent wood from falling in water (unless you're chopping one of the trees on tiny islands that are too close to the edge whichever way it falls). It will always fall away from you and even the slightest shift to one side from perfectly centered is enough to determine direction. So it works even if you can't actually stand on the opposite side of the tree because it's up against something.
You can get dressers in the furniture catalogue. I totally get grabbing one for cheap for now, but I would wait to get anymore lol. I have a dresser for clothes, one for hats, and one for rings. I also have one on Ginger Island for rings I want to combine. I hope that's not too much of a spoiler.

Also, Ancient Fruit crops will grow Spring, Summer, and Fall but it takes a whole season to produce fruit and then it produces every 7 days after that. I would save any ancient fruit seeds you get from here forward for your Ginger Island farmhouse because it will never die.. collecting sprinklers for Ginger Island will be helpful too. I use my Valley farm for seasonal crops for cooking, my greenhouse for Starfruit (using speed grow since quality crops don't affect the price of artisanal goods), and a large section of Ginger Island for Ancient fruit for kegs and preserve jars when I am out of Starfruit. Ginger Island is great for beehives too, using the west side over the little bridges to plant Fairy Roses for Fairy Rose honey.
Flowers for hunny tip: I was in your stream chat when we were talking about best flowers for honey and the general rule of "most expensive flowers for the best honey" was mentioned, and you said wouldnt Sunflower be the best? Over the Poppy flower. The person offering up "the most expensive flower for best honey sales" tip left out the caveat that Sunflower is discluded from that rule. Sunflowers are expensive because you get the seeds back from the harvested flowers so you don't have to keep buying the seeds after your first harvest, but they have very low honey value.

Speaking of which would gem try stardew / pokemon themed minecraft with sausage? I could imagine her as the apricorn tree farmer 😂 and Im curious what pokemon she would like to catch ( ☆∀☆)
I don't know if youve got the slime slayer goal done or not, but an item you will really want for Caverns and Ginger Island is locked behind slimes. Farming slimes and dust mites is a good way to farm coal and get Dungeon Slayer goals done.

Has any one wander why When you get on the bus they don't let Pan get on it after you Them have the door close????? They always have you get on & the door closes & Pan has to open it to get on? She is the bus driver after all. I would think she should be closes the bus door.

I’m pretty sure Gem said she likes Sebastian but she said she wanted to let him carry on his big dreams. So far she likes Maru, Penny, and Leah.
