Dingleberry Steroids just enhance muscle growth, not saying I do it but, it's best not to do it. Working out stretches your muscle fibers to make you stronger and get bigger muscles. Steroids just rapidly increases this process so you can put in a heavy workout and get better results. Of course, this is unnatural. If you stop pumping iron for a while I believe you just get bad muscles and basically lose all your results. You swell up and cramp. You are probably talking about injections, putting some liquid or something into your skin to make your muscles seem bigger. But I mean come on, you seen the video. These guys are obviously strong injections or not. But I believe these guys are all legit.

If a strongman use test/anabol/deca/HGH etc he becomes a lot stronger, cause of the simple fact that his workouts are tailored to give you strenght, not volume. It just gives them the ability to lift more often and recover faster and therefore speed up the progress. And for bodybuilders it's the other way around. They use the same shit, they're not gonna get strong, but instead add more volume cause they are doing that sort of workout. These drugs don't add "fake" muscle. If 2 people, one natty and one on juice train the exact same way and have the exact same BF, height and everything, they're gonna be about as strong. UNLESS the non-natty guy uses Synthol, which is an oil that just makes it look like you have more miscle when it's not actual muscle.

Rich uses a quite a bit of synthol and he never used to. He admitted to using it in the past and didn't like the results, he said this on another video but it is evident that he picked it up again. However, it has distorted his lower bicep and his tricep is no longer a tricep. Notice how you can no longer see the muscle, no separation, no striations. That is what happens with synthol if over used. The dude in the red shorts looks better than Rich simply because he doesn't seem to have used very much synthol if any.

what's wrong with showing off? These guys have been working out for 30 years....they didn't just shoot steroids and become monsters over night...it's MUCH HARDER then your life, trust me.
