I keep saying it every video, but much respect for your strength and drive to rebuild your life. Additionally for finding your platform to help people deal with depression and mental illness. Keep the great videos coming.

Carson I look forward to your new videos. Each one is incredible. You are opening up the door to talk about teen suicide and mental health more than any adult ever could. You’re normalizing the conversation. I am so grateful for you.

I appreciate your journey to recovery. Your videos are very vague about why. Would be nice if you could get to a point that you can share this. People can connect even more if they hear the why, as they may be feeling the same. If so, they will know they are not alone in their feelings and that there is hope. I also heard you say in another video that your injuries were from your first attempt. Have you made additional attempts? Please stay positive.

Have you thought about reaching out to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention? I bet they have guest speakers at their events and if they don’t, perhaps you could be the first! I lost my husband January 10, 2019, and transparency is amazing, healing and and as another commenter said normalizing. We need to get rid of the stigma and maybe more people would reach out for help before it takes them over. Thank you so much for sharing your story!! I’m glad you’re alive!!!

you need to forgive yourself, sometimes we are hardest on ourselves and need to know we cant solve everything or do everything by ourselves and do need help. don;t try and take on too much, to push yourself is one thing, to over reach is another.
