I had this version and I accidentally let it discharge which, for some reason prevented the USB-C from charging it. I had to fix it by taking the unit apart and forcing a charge into the lithium batteries. It wasn’t as bad as I thought, but it’s just one of those things to just remind people to do not let it fully run out of charge. The GOOLOO team may have fixed this since I bought mine, but if anyone runs into a scenario where it won’t charge putting just a little charge into the lithium batteries should tell the controller that the battery is there thus allowing it to charge
Hi! Help needed here : I just purchased a Gooloo jump starter, although cellphone charging works fine, I put a multimeter and checked voltage on the blue port on the side of the device. On the Gooloo the multimeter reads 0.0 volts. if I hit the boost button on the cable plug the multimeter reads 16.4 volts. what does yours do ? Thanks a lot in advance for your feedback, that would be very appreciated!

So you make a review video but not test it....
how can you review something and not actually use it?
