Dinner was best and lingonberry jam (less sweet in original Köttbullar dish though) made sense because in former times elk meat was used and now the bullar are home made of course still more seared snd heartier, green peas are always great, mashed potatoes need to be good and the sauce on point. Perfect dish for me, the cake is my fav btw the legendary Daim cake.
