That was awesome. Family is what being a Giants fan is all about. You see so many of these type familes in the lot tailgaiting before games. Generation after generation. George is a perfect Mayor for the NYG fan base.
Tears man. My Dad was at the 1958 NFL's Greatest Game at Yankee Stadium and I have the ticket stub. He took me to my first Giants game at Yankee Stadium around 1970. I used to call him whenever there was a great play or a disaster during a game. I miss him.
Great story. There aren't many organizations that have been around and successful (dispite the last decade) as the Giants. I've been a fan since the 50's and went to my first game in '61. Yankee Stadium, the Yale Bowl, Shea Stadium, Giants Stadium and Met Life. There is nothing like being a Giants fan. Congrats George.
