- Join us on our very first fly and drive as we attempt to drive an unfinished 1952 Dodge pickup "project" 900+ miles from Syracuse, NY to Charleston, SC.
Before we even start our trip back from NY to SC we need to change the starter, transmission, wiring harness and several other unexpected issues.
Oh, and did we mention there's no heater n the truck and the firewall is full of holes.....With temps in the teens, no shakedown drive before leaving and limited tools and time....What could possibly go wrong???
Wow, great that y'all made it back safely. Can't wait to see the build running around town.
We are already working on it and it’s moving forward fast
Not sure if it was worth it but it was certainly an adventure and made good content. Can’t wait to see what you make of the pieces and parts. 👍🏻
Always an adventure with us! Always appreciate you watching and leaving us comments and feedback. 😎 Stay tuned for our build!
You two are definitely crazy! 😂 Wish I could do something like that but I would be too paranoid the whole time and stopping every 2 seconds checking stuff!! Great job guys and I can't wait to see the truck build!
We love our adventures!!! 😎 Wouldn’t know what to do if we were sitting at home. Always appreciate your comments and feedback Sir! Looking forward to the build. Stay tuned.

Gotta hand it to you two, I’ve driven the Canadian prairies in ~30 with no heat and it’s as much fun as it sounds like, bravo guys. 👍🏻
Wow man I bet you have some amazing stories to tell. Thanks for checking out our video.
When we get to a certain age we’d better have some good stories to tell or what was the point lol

Thank you again for your help with this. Had a lot of issues with audio because of the furnace. You had a couple of good clips but couldn’t hear anything
@@ridgerunnergarage I should have just called in to work Friday. I would have had much more fun. I miss shop nights at Cruisers.
Always a good time hanging out with you. Soon we get to do it in the year round warm weather.
TY folks.
Appreciate you watching! 😎 Stay tuned for the upcoming build!
Drove that road many times but not without heat...yikes

@@danconlan8735 That pretty cool, we grew up in the same place. pretty much the same stopping grounds as they say.
would've been easier to keep the original frame and transfer everything to it😢
The original frame was long gone unfortunately. We bought it “as is”on the Crown Vic chassis. Thank you for watching! 😎
Nice video guys. No way my wife would take an adventure like that with me. Glad you made it.
Lisa is amazing! She’s my ride or die!
@@ridgerunnergarage that’s awesome. I asked mine if she would fly 3 or 4 states over to drive back something we didn’t know if it would make it. She said she would if I was a better mechanic. Haha. Enjoy your videos. Keep them coming.
Wow awesome job, I could tell by the wiring nightmare it could be trouble, excellent idea going to u pull it. I would say after all that and your future plans it’s a lifetime keeper , thanks for sharing it.
