- This is Maiden of Tubbataha designed by Bella Filipina designs. I stitched her on 28ct opalescent cashel from Under the Sea Fabrics in the color ‘Hecate’.
I get most of my delicas and crystal treasures/beads from Fire Mountain Gems, and my Mill Hills from 1-2-3 Stitch.

I just discovered,liked, subscribed and rang the bell. I love Mirabilia designs and have a lot of mermaid designs but I'm intimidated by the skin. I bought her Bella Rose and Bella Hydrangea and I may start one of them to get a feel for them. I have all the beads and fabric for Snow Queen but hate to start and mess it up because the fabric was very expensive. It is painted with snow laden trees and it's beautiful when others finish her on it. I've never used a painted fabric so that will be new to me also. Love how you sub out beads and those pearls are gorgeous. I'll be watching more of your videos as I can find time. I'm tired of all the samplers and while they're pretty in their own category and can be interesting, I love the mermaids, fairies, etc. I'm glad I found your channel

I started watching because I am building confidence to actually start my Mira mermaids! I tried to kit the beads last year. That was a job doing subs online. I did invest in a book that shows most of them. Some are discontinued so that makes it more difficult!

Your mermaid turned out beautifully. I wasn't able to listen to this with the sound on as there seems to be music in the background. I'm sound sensitive and can't process talking when music is happening as it overloads the circuits, so that was disappointing. But your mermaid looks amazing.
