Looks like a good value playset. I like sets with more than one minifigure gives it more posibility for interaction if the kid has not much lego or it is their first set.
Like another firefighter set, the empty space in the vehicle should hold a bunch of "water" tiles for the gun. Seems like an obvious spot for those. It would only take a few bricks to do it too. The front of the trailer could be a generator if they put a 4x1 jumper and another rope on top instead of the tile.
Great review Jang! Just picked this set up and I love it, feels like a modernised version of some of the old Fire sets from 2005-2007, particularly 7942 Off-Road Fire Rescue. Agreed about the trailer being too big, sadly 60373: Fire Rescue Boat is too big to sit on top (and it has a unitary hull piece so can't attach with studs anyway) - maybe the trailer could be modified to carry a pair of quadbikes or something
I doubt the trailer can accommodate the current fire department boat set. However, I'd wager that trailer will happily hold any boat built on the larger inflatable hull piece, like the police boat from the prison, or the "exploration diving boat" set.
Weird Sidenote: I'm pretty sure the torso and head of the camper are in the build a minifigure bins at lego stores right now, the head is recommended for the lion knights
Cute set with one logic hole: If the fire fighter enter from lake side, there is no water canon on board; If they enter from the opposite tent side instead, there is no need for the boat ^^
Instantly this reminded me of LEGO set legend (and childhood nostalgia gem) set number 7239 which I got way back when with strangely enough German stickers while I live in the USA. Same layout, a nice truck with a dinghy boat, takes me back 15 years
Kinda wish Lego would make a battery operated version of these small cars and trucks. They could package them with a buildable off road track, sort of what i used to play with back in the 80’s. They were called 4x4 Rough Riders (or Stompers.. i just checked) if i remember correctly. That would be epic:)
Lovely good set. The trailer could've definitely been simplified for its cargo, so more of the parts budget had been used on the truck itself which is really begging for a bull bar and exo cage.
Great set, mainly for the look I still want to see a realistic official Lego fire truck Lego should bring back license plates, if people don't want to apply them that's their choice
I had this on my wishlist for the camper, but ultimately, I think the offroader and the trailer are too large. Just compare it to the fire truck from the latest fire brigade. The scales are ridicuously off!
Respect to the camping guy for sticking with the 80s style.
That little camp site is actually really nice but $35 is insane for this.

I Really want this in forest green. Or blue. As an adventure set, not as a firefighting thing. But as is, it's still just pleasant.

I love how they give you two firefighter figures I just wish they would make a bigger stud front seat where they can both sit in the front

The camping guy looks like Clemmons from Lego City Adventures. Complete with that scream expression.

Awesome city fire truck and boat great review jang 👍
The white on red number prints from this wave makes the Atlantis fan in me very happy 👀

Wait, Clemmons from LEGO City Adventures isn't on duty? Huh, times have changed!

I agree that trailer is very large. It would be cool if another water craft could fit on that trailer.
Great little set!!
I can't believe they are still making the dinghy piece!
Kind of miss the handles on the side, though.
A better looking set for this year but the curved blue parts would look better in grey or removed . The camp ground is good
Great video 😊
Fun looking set. 😊
Thanks for a great video!
Is it me or have all the Fire sets you recently reviewed the same problem of having way to much unsused space?
This set should include one more tree and animal for this price.
First thing to do is move the driving position to one side, rather then being in the middle.
🧑🚒🪓🧑🚒 Interesting & Nice Looking Set 🧑🚒👍🧑🚒
This set is good but I will not stop complaining about how they don’t add full length minifigure hoses to fire trucks anymore
Great set, mainly for the look

Huh. For $35 I was thinking they’d better give me a bigger tree than two little saplings.
Cute!
Great set. Long trailer is super weird n bricks shoulda been used elsewhere

Hey Jang
I got this set for 21 USD.
It's very weird for a forest based set to contain no animals, not even a frog or a small bird
I'm sick of the Americas being over charged. 30 Euro means $25-$30 tops.
