LOL I was just joking on Facebook tonight about how we avoid shopping for certain things on grocery night , and then the next day we regret it because now we don't have the thing to munch on that we wanted to!
Great tips Kris! I've been following in one way or another for YEARS! But I don't comment nearly as often as I should :) And I can't tell you how often that the things you post are literally JUST what I need to hear in that moment :)
For the past few months, my trick (when I'm feeling that kind of craving) has been to pour a nice cold glass of water and drink half of it right then and there and it has really been working for me! Also, guuuuuurl - GIN ... yes HAHA :) I love it! And as for inspirational podcasts - do you have one that you'd recommend off the top of your head? (and YES, release the Kraken!!!!)
