Basically the song is about female masturbation (not kidding) so her dance moves were in tone with it. I know the guitarrists on stage are kinda weird but somehow I was done on purpose. Mylene Farmer is the mastermind behind the song and the production and the stage direction, maybe you could react to her someday cause she's a genius.
she married one of those guitarists , has at least one kid , and does`nt perform anymore ! and the song is about getting fed up with everyones crap , and just taking a long soak in the tub to relax !

You said you didn't know what the song was about. Maybe if you did some background research into what the song was all about, and even into the background of Alizee herself, and what she has accomplished in this and many of her other hits, you might have a better understanding, and your comments would come across with more credibility. This video was all about the imagery. The choreography of Alizee is heads above most vocalists as her training was in dance well before she took up vocals. Yes, it's 'pop music', but it's an example of how the French can turn a song about dissatisfaction with society, while lazing around having a bath, into something quite remarkable and beautiful. She peaked 20 years ago, but her music lives on with many around the world.
Not a reaction if you do research prior, then it becomes a review as you have preconceptions of what to expect.

Without it, getting an 'impression' of a song in a language that's so foreign to you that you can't even come close to pronouncing its title, is worse than useless. There's far too much content like that polluting the internet.

So many things wrong in your statement. Firstly I'm English not American, making me part of Europe and you stated that I'm under queen victoria mentality, who was an English Queen so you must have realised Im English. As this is a very old reaction I'm going to have to think back on it. I enjoyed the song but questioned if there was a need to overally sexualise the performance. I love women and think they are sexy but always worry that instead of seeing them as someone with a singing talent they will be diminished to purely sex appeal
