reason why homelander doesn’t kill butcher at times he could of is kind of why joker really tries not to kill batman at times . He likes the back and forth betweethe two .
Yea, that’s the only thing that makes sense. He could easily kill the man by accident let alone applying effort, so he must enjoy the banter

When Sage was talking with Homelander about the nature of human governments throughout world history, she was manipulating him.
The way she said "like Caesar" back to Homelander when he figured out what she was walking him towards reminds me of the tone of voice you'd use as you were patting your dog on the head.
I think that Homelander expects he is going to be manipulated, but I don't think he is smart enough to outmaneuver Sage in the end.

The only person that could probably kill Neuman would be Marie(Gen V), since they have similar powers.
I really hope they come into play somehow this season.
Also homelander plus all the supes have durability anyways so they can take each other down

16:10 he got his heart problem fixed. When he killed that racist superhero and passed out in rhe street due to a heart attack, Vought replaced his heart with the heart of the racist superhero. Now he can use super speed no problem.

I don't get why some people support homelanders point on claiming that nobody can challenge him, he has always been a psycho he says he wants people to challenge him, but he will murder your for doing that, like it's simple, anytime anyone has ever challenged homelander the audience instantly strt panicking for the person, and homelander either kills or tries to kill the person. So there's no validating him, he is inconsistent
Yeah, they are trying to prove that point even more now in this season I feel like, with Sage saying 1 thing and Homlander 1st agreeing but then doing the opposite since his ego not being able to handle it like Sage said at the start.
