Nice to see you and Flo together again. So nice to see more of the delightful Swiss countryside. Am not a big wine drinker, but, I have not tried every wine and such a brilliant opportunity awaits to try them out! Should I get to visit the area, I will certainly go for a swim in Lake Geneva. Japan and Korea have some unique motorised summer sleds (on a rail, some movable)that make harvesting much easier in these conditions... also used for various hedge fruits and berries and mushroom cultivation etc. at least one native grape species to far east asia and thru Amur region is dioecious. confusing kanji so cannot recall name... there were shrines dedicated to this before meiji period.
Loved the video, it makes me a bit homesick for the Vaud region of Switzerland. I will correct you one thing. The traditional name of the lake is lake Léman, not lake Geneva. Glad to see you enjoyed your time in Switzerland.

just guessing as one example that the possible secondary bacteria process would be the noble rot or botrytis .. to make the ice wine.
