I love Turbo. One of their best moments. Some of the best songs they ever wrote and the production to boot. A lotta British Priest fans didn't get it. I did. I bought it in 1986 as a 19 yr old and loved it ever since. Rock You All Around The World is an anthem. I remember KK saying why they went to America. The British fans didn't appreciate their changes. But then Priest have always been a victim of changes which is also their greatest HM song ever written.

A great song from a very underrated album, so much so that it's not the first time nor the last that these gods will do, as demonstrated by Rocka Rolla, the Jugulator, Demolition and Nostradamus which are quite different from Turbo, which proves that for Judas Priest the word innovation is not scary and that's what made them great until today. Curiously Iron Maiden released Somewhere in Time in the same year as this album in 1986 which also used synthesizers and I don't know to what extent the band was a victim of hate for the album. Innovation is the key word for a band's recognition and fame. Greetings from Portugal!!!!
This album is like a day and night. There are totally amazing pieces of music kinda Outta in the cold, Reckless or Locked in and songs kinda Rock you All around the World, Love zone or Private property too, but definitely worthy of listening album in general
As a 1985er myself, I grew up listening to Turbo Lover, Screaming for Vengeange, Priest Live! and later Painkiller (albums)... Shit, what amazing years to be alive!
