When you really think about it, the pillar men would still awaken, and without the mask never getting into the hands of the joestars, dio would never get the mask, and everything would probably still happen in part 1 except dio will try to kill Jonathan in another way(but never seek world domination after, becuz no mask) dio would probably be stopped and jailed + no zeppeli looking for mask. Jonathan would probably end up marrying Erina and he lives! Near the time of part 2 joseph would not be born because since the shipwreck never happened erina would never have to save young lisa lisa, buuuut george 2 would still be born & probably marry another woman and name the child joseph, would he be the same as original joseph? no idea. so most likely since the hamon users never had to deal dio, they probably trained even more people & they'd probably find out about the pillar men, run into stroheim, and basically i cant really say what happens after this, because either they end up stopping or possibly killing stroheim, and then try to kill santana & will probably succeed, so least say the hamon users do exceed in killing santana, and stroheim(if alive) will realize how much of a danger the pillar men are and try to help get rid of the rest. this could lead to 2 things the hamon users succeeding or completely failing & the whole world gets conquered by kars & the homies lets say by miracle, they succeed and stopped them before they could use the stone. after all of this Part 3 would never happen because dio is not alive, he rotted away in a prison cell. no giorno :( the joestars would have no reason to fight anyone, and since joseph never met suzi Q(becuz no joseph), holy doesn't exist, meaning no jotaro & josuke or joylene. Now that dio never happened, enya never got the arrows from diavolo(could be wrong bout dis), meaning Okuyasu's & kiras father would have never gotten an arrow therefore no killer queen & polnareff probably found J. Geil and avenged his sister. Part 4 is mostly safe(except for anjero) koichi(aka best boy) is safe(no stand though), Okuyasu's father never became a monster and was probably almost beaten to death by Keicho (for being abusive), kira probably tried to kill again and got caught, then went to prison for first degree murder(no stand remember) and everything else in morioh is basically how things were before jotaro showed up, just no josuke there. Part 5 everything is the same except diavolo probably thinks he's immortal and no one can stop him(lol pleb) bruno never meets giorno but most likely will still try to turn on diavolo, & probably even team up with la squadra, fugo will still probably be fugo and not be there to fight against diavolo. This would probably take way longer becuz no giorno, meaning polpo never died, meaning la sqaudra never had any intention on investigating bruno's squad, so im guessing sooner or later la squadra would be labeled as traitors and bruno would take that opportunity to team up with them to take diavolo down. I honestly think all of them could take diavolo down, they'd just have to go through all of his Elite Guards. The outcome of this is unknown but for my sanity, lets just say bruno takes down diavolo and passione falls apart or at least under new management! Part 6 just cant happened because all the previous main characters don't exist or died by now. Parts 7-8 takes place where the mask don't exist, so it doesn't count. Remember folks, jojo's relies heavily on fate, so im sure the joestar bloodline would continue to fight the same people, they'd just have different names though.

@@CertainOverlord You do realize stands still exists, they aren't from the mask and there are characters born with a stand anyways, also they wouldn't defeat the pillar anyways look how good is Joseph and he still almost lost and died...they would have survived or take over the world or something but stands still happen so idk Part 4 Kira still has a stand, he never was caught for 15 years and only was caught when the main characters were trying to find him anyways. He wouldn't gone to jail anyways.
