i get shocked you only use one/minimal layers but then i remember this is just how traditional painting is like, also very inspiring for me to rely less on layers so much
Same, they don't even use blend mode, just slap color right on. That's so cool
trust me drawing on a single/little amoint of layers is veeery helpful and once you get the hang of it its pretty fun and satisfying

ive been putting off watching this for later thinking from the video thumbnail that it was just mildly gay 18th century guy with an unreasonable amount of detail (yknow, both normal for 18th century). only to be hit with amadeus jumpscare seconds after finally opening it
