Warhammer ASSEMBLY needs ONLY 4 tools. But which are best?

How to assemble and build miniatures can be a time consuming and tool filled process. But what are your options? And well, I needed an excuse to build an whole host of my own miniatures. You know, before I ended up putting them in a raffle at my local school.
