That’s interesting and a bummer all at once. It goes to show how many great guitars you found and just how few have any major issues. What about if you give away problem guitars with the intention of winners learning to fix them and/or turning them into something usable (if they can’t be repaired) like a new partscaster? That could be a fun series to watch how the winners are trying to fix them successfully. . . or screw them up even more and then try to recover, lol. 😂😂😂
Those are all gorgeous guitars! I could ball end those HB frets, rewire it from front to back. A roller bridge and graphtech nut on that Barchetta might fix the intonation problem. Sometimes those saddles don't stay where they need to so I did that with my Barchetta for the same reason. Gorgeous Bolero!
It's a shame you can't get any of those beauties back into the wild! Two quuestions: What do you intend to do if you just can't get them right? Do you think (as some other comments suggest) that sending them out giving people knowledge of the issues and the steps you've done to attempt to alleviate the problems? Personally, I wouldn't mind as I've dealt with B-stock guitars being a bit of a B to work with, maybe a community poll is in order? Thanks for the awesome videos.
Channels with less integrity would have given those away and not given a second thought about passing along something with issues. Sometimes things just don’t want to get fixed and work like they should, I suppose.

I do all my own fret job and set up . I just fixed a broken headstock on a gibson. I just learned and bought all the luthier tools feel in love it.
