    Do you think there should be a “NO work romance” rule? 🚫

      In the US it's okay with a lot of places to date a coworker as long as you're not in the same department and they are not a supervisor. It's to prevent a conflict of interest. Ideally, people should know how to handle themselves and remain objective but a lot of times that's not the case and that goes for any work dynamic anywhere. You can see on this show that Mary to a certain extent does receive favoritism by Jason over the other girls to their close relationship regardless of their denial he does aid her more than any agent and will take her side most arguments and vice versa. It's not fair if you're an equally experienced agent who's producing all by yourself that your boss keeps giving the bigger listings to only one employee. The others can't keep up with one that gets unlimited resources while the others have to hunt more while receiving harsher criticism from him. That right there creates a conflict of interest.

      I understand where you're coming from. But it has to be reasonable for everyone not just the couple. This is one of those situations where you cannot have your cake and eat it too. If you wish to be with someone that bad then you either need to transfer to a position where you or your partner can't benefit from the work dynamic or quit your job and work elsewhere so that you can maintain the relationship. In any case most coworkers don't listen and date in secret. Some like it that way because it makes their relationship seem 'forbidden' lol.

    🙄 I swear Christine's go to is "They didn't have my back" She is a perpetual victim. They can't make you a villian if you don't provide the negativity. It's impossible to edit the negative things you've actually said or done and make those things look good.

    • @meetdtruth5600
      @meetdtruth5600 2 года назад +8

      The narrative of Christine is success that others can't have , she believes she is the top performer and the richest woman in the office therefore her attitude allows her to come across perceived by others as narcissist but if you check the facts behind the scenes she's the only one who really pays the big $$$ to look how she is during the show which obviously makes everyone look like a crab 🦀 and try to pull down some of that moxy that she's got

      Actually it was proven awhile back that for the first few seasons the clothes that she wore she kept the tags on them to return. She also at a time sold some of them that some youtubers bought. Now I may not be rich but I don't think truly rich folk sell their items. For example I doubt you'd see her rich hubby selling his clothing. I don't buy into the smoke and mirrors of most celebs and I definitely don't take a reality tv stars 'success' at face value. However, regardless of her being rich it doesn't excuse the way that she treats people. She doesn't get attacked because of her narcissistic ways, they retaliate against her because of the way that she talks about them. I don't agree when they all call her out at the same time because that's ganging up on someone. But she's no victim, none of them are. If I were in their shoes I would pay anybody that acts like that dust and pretend that they don't exist but the show needs drama so everybody has to play up a caricature of their personality.

    • @meetdtruth5600
      @meetdtruth5600 2 года назад +1

      @@Glassessss I can definitely relate to your comment. There is no justifier for treating people in certain way just because of some smoke mirror of spectacles. But I also think that these scenes are specially crafted for them to make these mistakes so our society can see that it is actually possible and these personalities exist somewhere and in this show its one of the aspects that attract more viewers for being as shocking as it is

    The question of "is this show really legit??!!" has also come across my mind!! I'm thinking that all of this is possibly FAKE!!!!! And if I'm even thinking like this, then there is a strong possibility that it is FAKE!!! With them proclaiming to be selling all of these homes, who would ACTUALLY have time for all of this DRAMA??!! The two INTENSITIES just don't add up!!!!!!!! There wouldn't be enough room for all of that!!!!!

    There seems to be a bit of an issue with that Tampa program. The agents seem to 'giggle' quite a bit and also comment on their single male clients as being "good dating" material. That is certainly NOT what I would look for in a Real Estate agent........ They also seem to give little info on the house being viewed.......Hummmmm wonder if they even KNOW the details of the listing?!

      That’s total ghetto-fabulous show I was excited to see Tampa show as we’d consider moving there (from Miami) but I couldn’t watch even through the first episode, just tacky as hell and produced specifically for blm audience. Surely they had less info about listings and client agent scenes in this season and my opinion it is because the ratings of the show were higher during drama filled scenes vs boring client agent moments like they were in "million dollar listing" show and another reason is due to covid pandemic they probably had less keen clients to film on set as a result of medical risks that can be evolved and are able to expose them to omicron

    If this show was real , all these lines would be sexual harrasments and lawsuits at work ; like Emma's "oops my boobs just ripped my shirt" during workday in the office, episode 6 season 5
    And Christine's "o sorry my boobs just touched you" (speaking to Mary while seating in the coffeeshop)
    These are very shallow reality TV scripts
    And guessing the actors were paid that high so they didn't even have a say to protect the respects of their body parts I find this show very controversial and the opposite of a role model to sell real estate and have success ...not every real estate woman has to have breast and butt implants in order to land a listing
