Clip taken from THE LONDON REAL podcast. John Danaher shares his thought about the philosophy of Kaizen and how incremental steps can lead to a complete re-invention of yourself.
This is how I taught for 7 years I can't believe that it has a name I am not crazy I just believe in kaizen, everything you do should move towards a goal to be a better person.
“Your life will simply run in a flat line, until the day you die.” That hit. Because the flat line is your life’s pulse. No life while you’re living. Maybe he didn’t even mean it this way but that is profound.
I have applied the teachings of this man to my daily life for at least a decade now, and I can proudly say that through daily micro aggressions towards my goals, I have successfully improved my KD from 1.23 to 1.25 on COD. 😎🏆

I don’t think you understand what “micro aggressions” means.
Great points but his voice is so monotone.
Does this have any meaning moving forward
