Other wise the Mithila was wholly a glamorous region with many industries and Architectures, it was known for it's charity, sweet language and Culture. But now we are under a fake identity as Bihari and there is dominance of bhojpuris even posters are in bhojpuri not our regional language Maithili. IVR is in bhojpuri also not in Maithili

Purnea DM Kundan Kumar is a great person who got many awards from PM for Unnayan Bihar, Chanpatia models etc.His Chanpatia model in west Champaran made labours entrepreneurs .Many of them were working in Surat ,Ludhiana ,Delhi etc came to Bihar during lockdown and got inspiration and support from DM .They are now running business and some of them are exporting outside India also
