Momentum Realty - Best Brokerage in Jacksonville, FL - Q1 Update

Momentum Realty is excited to share that we've been working on a lot of projects behind the scenes during the 1st quarter. We would like to pull open the curtain and allow other agents to view what we have going on within our organization as we are growing rapidly and disrupting the market.
Momentum Realty just won Top 10 Residential Real Estate Brokerage in Jacksonville according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
In 2023, our agents got excited about our amazing 20% Revenue Share program that allow them, if agents choose, to earn up to 20% revenue share by recruiting in other agents who culturally align with Momentum Realty.
Here's what we've been working on in Quarter 1:
1) Lending Fund - we launched a fund where we (me and Brittany) lend out our personal funds for agents to do fix and flips. So far, in Q1, we've lent out 8 loans on fix and flip properties that will cause a gain northward of $500,000 for these agents. We are very proud of this wealth building and tremendous gains for our agents. Our mission is to put more money in your pocket.
2) Property Management - Momentum just launched a Property Management Division to help our agents supplement their income on a monthly basis or through a referral fee as a thank you for referring us PM deals. This is a unique factor as most brokerages don't have Property Management Divisions. Our leadership has proven themselves in Property Management in the past and is excited to help agents earn more income through their current activities.
3) Title Partnership - We are working with our exclusive contacts to create a title partnership opportunity with top producing agents who will be able to buy equity in our title company. Most title companies don't offer anything to their agents, and instead, we offer business opportunity.
4) Boomtown Leads - Agents asked, and we delivered. We now offer Boomtown leads to our agents in return for a referral fee. We have already closed leads from this new program in the short time its been open. The Boomtown technology also includes an IDX website and consumer app, which our agents love.
5) New Jax Beach Office - Momentum recently acquired Yellowfin Realty and our office in Jax Beach is up and running for our agents to pop in and out of and do meetings/closings at. We couldn't be more excited about this partnership and look forward to connecting with many more agents in Jacksonville Beach.
6) Marketing Department - Momentum just invested in creating a marketing department and web portal so our agents will have all the resources they need at their fingertips, saving them time and money.
Overall, Momentum is putting every tool in our agent's tool belt to have success in real estate and make an incredible income.
