It's this tourist attraction in a city called Rotorua where you catch a gondola up to a mountain called Mt Ngongotaha and experience multiple attractions such as the famous Luge carts, Skyswing, Stratosphere restaurant, Jelly Belly shop and museum and mountain biking. It's very entertaining, especially the Luge (because that's the only thing people find fun up there, lol) and I highly recommend going here if you ever visit Rotorua! About the machine, it's inside the Jelly Belly shop. They probably asked some distributor (most likely Kiwikrane) to customize the machine. There's not much change other than the artwork.
