One thing I would like to note about the cheater that used lava on the dragon is that on Bedrock Edition, that's actually a strat legit speedrunners use to stun the dragon. Not sure about the snowballs tho
whenever i get a new pc, i test it with ender dragons from the command blocks. pretty sure i have always used a lever for the command blocks, and redstone if i wanted the lever away from the command blocks.

Ayundaru there is sometimes a seed that has more than one blacksmith in the village but it is insanely rare
