I brainstormed a lot on this one. When it comes to trends, I like to make mine as original as possible. A lot of ppl are using Bluestar? She’s out of option for me then. After a lot of research on this trend, I looked at my list of possible characters and noticed no one had used Half Moon yet. (Maybe they have now, this took me almost a month to make).
So here she is. I don’t think she’s talked about enough. The love of her life had to leave her not once, but twice, without being able to explain anything to her. She was told to become Healer of her Tribe. But her only witness was Jay’s Wing, and he was gone. Imagine how difficult it must have been to convince her tribemates she had been chosen to lead? It couldn’t have been easy. Then as Teller of Pointed Stones, not only did she have to change her name completely, but she was never allowed to leave the cave. Except on special occasions. And then she has to send half her tribe away, because there’s not enough food in the place they were promised to have a prosperous life.
And even after she died, she’s STILL waiting for Jay’s Wing.
I just think she’s a very underrated character who definitely deserves more attention.
And about the color pallet, I really liked the idea of the almost monochromatic scenes. Hope you guys like it, and I hope you can recognize Half Moon when she shows up 😅
