when i was taught how to fall he literally only told me to squat and cross my arms lmaoooo this is so helpful!!! thankfully i haven’t ever fallen other than practice but now i know what to practice next time! thank you so much!!
It’s literally 3am. RUclips did not recommend this to me. I went out searching for stilt walker knowledge. For no reason.Nonetheless I was not disappointed.
Thank you very much. I've been stilt walking for just a few days and have got walking down, but I've never known what to do if I fell. It's for a clown costume this Halloween. This is very useful information and makes feel less stressed about stilt walking. Can't thank ya enough.
I definitely recommend wearing knee pads to minimize knee impact. Also some of these options may not be recommended if you already have knee injuries or are limited in your flexibility. Lastly the foot pads on these stilts rotate, which allows a lot of mobility. Thanks for looking out.... Safety First
These stilts have a rotating ankle ball joint, reducing any pressure on the knees and allowing rotations to happen Thru the ankle rather than the knees. Thanks for the concern.
Its all fun and games in the grass😂
Definitely a good place to train... off the grass I recommend knee pads

Me too, as I sit in the hospital with a broken sternum imagining my walk in our Juneteenth parade this year 😂😂😂

Thank you.
I thought that last bit was going to be a joke😆
“How to get up by yourself”
**falls multiple times**
“ you don’t.....”
Thanks... I still need to keep practicing that move til I get it smooth! Baby steps 😜😂
I’m terrified of falling on stilts, so I’ve been thinking about making a walker while I practice just in case XD
1:30 imagine just walking in the streets and you see someone tryna get up like that😂😭
How do you save a fall if your legs open wide like if you were doing a split basically?
Very helpful! Thank you!
You’re welcome, thanks for checking out the video!
Really awesome. Thanks!
Absolutely! Stay safe out there.
Thank you Master.
Nice video, how tall are the stilts??
Hey thanks! The stilts are 33" from the ground to the bottom of my foot. 49" from the ground to the top of my calf plate.
If you can do these exericices, you will never fall :)
fist thing to learn before you walk
SLAM
CONGRADULATIONS YOU PASSED THE FIRST LESSON LOL

A couple of people from March Forth Marching Band made them! Highly recommended.
@@SLACKROBATS March Forth is an amazing group! 💕❤🤡

I appreciate it. Hope it helps.

I see potential for lots of knee injuries...

Thanks for asking... it actually makes it a bit easier to walk. Great for turns and twists and walking on inclines and downhills
Very nice
Thanks
Second fall looks like a ACL tear to me
Looks can be deceiving 😉
@@SLACKROBATS maybe not for you
Instructions unclear, leaned too far back, I am now floating midair
He's still hearting comments?!?!
Slenderman said thanks
How to get up by yourself.
Me: 😳Well that's not happening!
Share to save a life
How about trying it on the ground?
Can do, but I do recommend using knee pads of the grass
All that shit look like it hurt
Followed by knee surgery
Thanks for the concern, but these stilts have rotating ankle cups, meaning as I twist, the ankle piece twists, taking any pressure off the knee.
Me playing daddy long legs 😭
this hurts my mcl to watch..
