    Every one thinks they can earn well in foreign countries. No doubt.
    In India if you have 10laks as savings you can manage your family for at least 18 months without job with 50
    k as monthly expenses. Rent, groceries etc Can't even imagine the same scenario in USA or any other country.
    If you take a break or you are jobless all your savings will vanish in 3 to 4 months.

      @frwrdfast  Год назад +3

      I partly agree with this but then the same can be the case if you have a family of 3 and live in a tier 1 city - I guess it also depends on where we live, how we spend etc
      on average the earnings after post grad in a foreign country is at least $4k pm, and about Boston I can tell you normally for a family of 2 or 3 that should suffice if they cut corners and live under their means(equivalent to a INR 75k/month salary lifestyle here)
      now, what is different is that in a lot of things developed countries are still better such as the base quality of life: food, internet, electricity etc etc

      I have seen my family members living in US, all got green card. Their it looks that the cost is higher but they get better service and less challenging life for that price. Iwhere as here poor quality of life for that price.

    Do saalo se mai seasonal job ke liye UK jaata hoon, aur yeh bol sakta hoon puri confidence ke saath, ki acchi salary ke alava vaha kuch bhi accha nahi hai. Bhayanak climate, mahangai, poor health care, even in compare with India. East and West India is the best.

    Once I even got job in USA with package of $80,000. Later they realised that I'm from India , so they arranged a video call and told me that right now they can not sponsor me so they are dropping me for that particular post.

      US jana is not easy tbh given how h1b visa works...usually best way seems to be studying there and getting a job right after
      you might want to however explore remote jobs while staying in India as well if that is something that you're ok with

    Hey shivam, Should i take the google data analytics certificate to hone my ui/ux design skills? Because as i was building my skills in user research, i figured making decisions based on data (both quantitative and qualitative) is something which is valuable before jumping into the design phase. Or will it be just a waste of my time?

    • @frwrdfast
      @frwrdfast  Год назад +1

      from what I know it won't help much since the skills are different and might result in a lot of time being put into stuff that you'll never use while doing ux projects
      from a ux perspective knowledge around marketing analytics, behavioral science, market research imo could be beneficial right?

    The fact of the matter is you get more bang for your buck outside India. Here you can’t expect similar value for your money, no matter how much you earn. The quality of life is way way better outside India in developed nations!
    By the way, I messaged you both on twitter & linkedin and got no response. Quite disappointing for your regular viewer!

      hi, I get your point but I think it depends on the overall level of income, job, lifestyle etc too.
      2. not sure if I received the message, have tons of DMs to go through, so gets tough - comments and public tweet mentions tend to be the best for me to cover.
      anyways please ping me on Linkedin once again whenever, I'll keep an eye out for your message

    This video is soo misleading - common racism, people preferring Europe over US, US economy doing worse than EU!!!
    Only things true are immigration uncertainty (that too is worse if you are doing jugaad via desi consultancies), people feeling isolated due to less active social life, being away from family in India.
    Source - I have been living in US for last ~9 yrs.
