I currently work as a residential property manager but start my new job as a case aide worker on Wednesday as I want to get my bsw and change careers. Any tips or advice? I want to become a case manager once I finish getting my bsw.
First, congratulations on your new position!! First thing I will say is never let the job come between you and your mental health. Practice self-care, patience’s and forgiveness with yourself since this is something new for you. Also create an organizational system and keep up with your case notes!! Good luck on your new job💕

Thank you so much for watching and congratulations on completing your degree!!🎉 I would say explore all your options!! Don't ever feel stuck in a job, advocate for yourself and give yourself grace! It can be challenging figuring out what you like so be gentle with yourself and know that you will find something you love.
