Yes, the petals were cut out with a cricut. The template has both svg/dxf cut files and PDFs for hand cutting. There is a link to paper used in the description.
How many 8 1/2 x11 sheets does one flower take?
I personally was really annoyed that it didn’t say this in the info. I didn’t know how many cardstock packs to buy!
About 22 sheets if you space them correctly

What size are the petals to get it this size? I bought the file on Etsy, and when I upload it to my Cricut, the petals are like 30in big. Thanks!

How to cut them to make all of them are same ..?
Use an electronic cutting machine if you have one or cut multiple sheets at the same time. Rose petals are all unique so they don’t have to be the same.
