- A2 Biology - Genetic Technology topic. Description of how microarrays can be used to compare gene expression and is used in genmoe analysis. Covers use of fluorescent tags, hybridisation, use of reverse transcriptase to produce cDNA.
Thank youu sooo much!!!! Mircoarray has literally been flying over my head and now i feel it's stuck in my head thanks to youuuuuu, again thank youuu Very much!!!!!
I'm glad you found it useful, it can be a tricky concept to understand! Please subscribe if you haven't already :-)
@@JoPhillipsBiology i subscribed liked and shared with my bach mates literally 5 minutes into the video again thank youuuuuuu!!!!!
I learned a lot from this, thank you!!
amazing .
Thank You!!!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks a lot 🙏🏿

Madam
My question is related to last part of video
While we cut the whole genome, the same restriction endonucleases are used for both father and son
If some genes are cut in two parts
Let's say the c-gene is not a whole fragment but two smaller DNA lengths by the restriction enzyme.
As a result our c-gene will partially hyberdize with probes in well containing c-gene complementary probes and will wash away while we wash microarray
Can I use this as drawback for microarray uses.
