Does long arms make you faster? As a 4'9 person, i think i go slower. And when i try to pendelum, my quest 3 does the glitchy stuff.

when i practise pendulum should i practise slowly so i can focus on form or shpuld i practise full speed
how do you make crows nest i can hit top zip easily but i can barely hit the middle thing
Just practice water slap timing
