if you have knee pads the biggest thing is always going for the ball it helps so much bc it shows that you’re trying!

literally fall on the floor trying to get the ball. even if you're not even close the coach with definitely notice that you're willing to hit the floor for any ball. also cheer for everyone and give lots of high fives, the coach will notice that too
