Oh - so good!
Der Gesang, einzigartig und dann das Zusammenspiel.Einmalig
I love the bridge on "Blue Again". Jimmy McHugh was one of the few composers of the period who paid it any intention, instead of merely looking at it as way to quickly get back to the chorus.
both of these are favorites of mine....thanks for these versions that i didn't know till now....both are very good. thanks.
Super excellent
I`m very blessed to have this record in My collection! I LOVE THIS! So neet to see You posted it with the usual Prozoot magic.
The 7A mic belonged to WCAE, NBC's Red network affil in Pittsburgh from 1927-'41.
@@jourwalis-8875 I dabbled in radio in high school but not in Pittsburgh. However I am a quite the fan of bygone broadcasting days and with the global internets at one's fingertips, one can look up an awful lot.
1) Recorded on November 17, 1930.
2) Recorded on December 27, 1930. Vocal by Harold "Scrappy" Lambert.
Paul Small in "Blue Again"... Anyone know if there's a verse to this great song?
Marion Harris sings it. Some band records include it instrumentally.
Used Ipana toothpaste as a boy.
