Thank you for this guide! Finally after 4 months I could finish this endless quest. Now I can fill the last gap in Fontaine because the 2 quests "Where His Life Lies" and "Daydreams Beyond Space And Time" are finally available. They count as comissions but are now without dailies available.

Just reset commission area if all other achievements have been completed. Do Inazuma or Fontaine. And then next day set it to Sumeru. It will surely come in 1 week or 2.
