    Hi Steve, I have watched a lot of your videos and really enjoy them! One of your pals lived in a caravan that I recognized, now lived in by farmer Andrew, when you crossed the bridge at the dam I think it was my pickup down at the fishing hut!😁. Small world!! Anyway keep up the good work 👍

    Hi Steve, great video mate, I wish I could make such good videos but I'm no good at stuff like that lol. I toured Scotland last summer, I was very lucky as we had a heatwave across UK so the weather was awesome. I and my mate Barry went over to Selkirk and stopped the night at our retired work mate's cottege. From there Barry turned back to England but I carried on towards John O Groates via Edinbrugh. Stopped the night at Wick, toured a fair bit of NC500. On the way back stopped at Dunblane and Stirling. Absolutely awesome trip that was, loved the roads past Edinbrugh, the traffic just disappeared as I got past Edinbrugh, it was just open roads, mountains and lochs. A close work mate of mine is an Arbroath lad, he lives in Cleethorpes. I'm gonna share this video with him. I really liked the drone footage and your choice of music with it. Like I say, I am in Scunny so would be great to have a joint local ride out some time and you can make a another video lol. Keep safe pal and all the best pal👍🏽👍🏽

      Hi Manny cheers for watching and sounds like you know all about how good Scotland is. I love it up there and this year would have been 4th year in a row I'd have ridden there, until this damn virus. I did the NC767 incorporating the 500 last year, can't remember if you've watched that series but it was superb. Stay safe buddy.

    Another great video Steve, loving your drone stuff, probably the photographer in you, but you've a 'good eye' for what will make a good spot to fly it. Enjoying the 'relaxed' banter between you lads ...on Smokies..."They're alright, but they do repeat on yer" Classic. Couldn't have put it better myself! Looking forward to Ep 5

      Totally agree mate, also good to see, that while you are obviously good mates, having a base means it doesn't have to 'stop' anyone saying 'I'm having a day off to walk up that mountain'....or a night off to go for a meal...then regroup for the next day....RSM8

    The run into Glen Clova and the run out on the opposite side is amazing, the hotel/ Bunkhouse is a bit of a surprise and seems to be a popular spot.
    Myself and few other lads had a run up to Durness last weekend in Sept Fri and Sun was great weather wise Saturday was shall we say character building 😳

    Another great run steve. What do u think of the r1200 rt compared to the pan european. I have a pan and i'm looking to change?

    • @Steve-Clark-1200rt
      @Steve-Clark-1200rt  6 лет назад

      Hi Peter the BMW is an amazing machine and 11 stone lighter which is the reason I changed from the Pan, it takes a bit of getting used to the change from a 4 to a twin but would recommend the change to anyone. Having said that I have kept the Pan as we have been together 12 years now, but as I am getting older the BMW is easy to handle and manually move about so in my opinion the BMW is the winner now. Hope this helps ish
