Ah mate. That was great. 👍🏼 Heart rate 158 before burpees, but I managed 10, took a 1 minute rest then finished the remaining 2.🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽
Hit this hard throughout. Not sure how I kept going because I was finding it tough at times. Only 9 chest to floor burpees but I kept going. Gasping and overheating at the end. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽
