      How to make Tomato Puree for your masala.
      In a pan place 3 fresh tomatoes chopped in to small pieces and 3 plum tomatoes tins.
      Turn the heat on high and crush the plum tomatoes with your spatular. Add 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil and 1 teaspoon of salt.
      Cook for 20 minutes.
      Let the tomato puree cool down and the place in to a container and store in the fridge. Use within 10 days.
