The fact that they found no tracks in the snow and the dogs followed her trace farther up the road to where the scent abruptly disappeared I'm afraid points to the strong possibility she got a ride from someone who probably did her harm. Women get abducted and go missing all the time, sadly, with no trace ever found. Someone could have picked her up and driven her to a thousand remote areas. Remains are usually found within 50 miles of an abduction/murder, but dogs can't track a scent in a car, so it may be a long time when and if any remains are found. I'm pretty sure she is not alive or she would have gotten in touch with one of her sisters or her dad.
Julie said that there was a tip [NOT recently] but, years ago, and this person saw someone or something along side the road where Rte. 112 and 116 meet that seemed out of place or suspicious. It is my understanding that LE decided 3 days ago to search the areas that were not fully searched nearly two decades ago. What puzzles me is WHY LE would have NOT searched this particular area more thoroughly, as opposed to 'not so thoroughly all those years ago? What also strikes me as odd is how LE would even remember the areas searched greatly vs. those that were not! Did they keep a little black book with this information inside or WHAT????
I feel like if someone saw her after the crash she may have attempted to get help from another passing car. What if the person in the car abducted her or hurt her?
It was a bus driver who spoke with her. She asked him not to call police and said she had called AAA, which wasn't true. There was no cell reception in the area. You're probably right and that she probably was abducted and killed but that person hasn't come forward. The bus driver believed her when she said she had called AAA and did as she asked and didn't call the police but came forward when he heard about the missing person.
@@nyreekrikorian not true he didn't believe her at all you don't get cell service out there so when he got home his wife called the police that's why they came 19 minutes later
I know EXACTLY why LE suddenly decided to conduct more ground searches and I also know how this situation will play out BEFORE it actually transpires. If I were to disclose this information, it would alter the outcome drastically!

I pray they find something that helps.
They say they were covering previously covered grounds, so what made them search these two spots in the first place?

If she's been missing that long she is probably dead

I always thought she just took off
I don't think so. Sounds like foul play.
