On regards to the Irys restaurant date… I am the guy who goes to a 5-star restaurant and orders the chicken tendies. It was originally just because I luv my chicken tendies but now I also take great pleasure in observing the waiters’ reactions.

Not gonna lie. The thing about getting birth control, because a side effect of it is that it can also get rid of acne, sounds kind of fucked up and dystopian to me. Edit: On top of that, telling a doctor that you want that specific brand, for that specific reason and the doctor being okay with it makes it even worse. That's not an appropriate reason to get birth control. But, maybe that's just me. Just... Fucking weird.
As one of the five girls who watch hololive I can 100% confirm that’s a thing. Guys really don’t get how out of whack you body gets during periods. So having something that actually gives you a little bid of control of your body is a godsend. Also not attacking you just informing you

@@MartyrPandaGaming the reason you think its weird is because you see it simply for what its called instead of what it actually is/does. at the end of the day birth control pills are pharmaceutical products meant to control organic functions by manipulating (inhibiting/encouraging) production of certain body chemicals. Its actually very common for certain medicines to be used to treat something it was not originally made for because an active chemical in it or a certain side effect it has actually has an overall net positive effect on a different condition entirely. a doctor giving the okay DOES NOT make it worse. the doctor understands more what is in those pills, they simply can't give prescriptions out without knowing the consequence because that's just a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

@@MartyrPandaGaming like i already said its not at all weird as its a pretty common practice in medicine. the only reason you see it as weird is akin to ignorance of how it actually works. just because a thing is marketed as something does not mean thats the only purpose of said thing. at the heart of it, what you dub birth control is simply a chemical conconction that controls hormone production. specifically hormones that govern ovulation. but its not exclusive to that hormone. the thing with periods is, some women's bodies totally go haywire with hormone production. acne is only one of the effects that can come out from this hormonal imbalance.. and honestly prolly one of the less problematic ones. theres really painful abdominal cramps, mood swings, weight gain to name a few others. using birth control to stabilize hormones is an effective solution because it deals with the cause of the problem instead of simply treating the acne when its already there which btw isn't always effective. dont just judge something as weird because you dont understand it... you simply come off as ignorant. edit: I am assuming you are a guy because of your comments, but being an adolescent female is alot more troublesome than what an adolescent male has to deal with especially if you didn't hit the genetic lottery jackpot where you dont have to deal with all this troublesome stuff. if you have to comment about this, please educate yourself first... good day.
