There's crane flies that look a lot like mosquitoes except for being bigger. They live in Australia too so that could've easily been the case. Crane flies don't bother people btw. Y'know, aside from looking like giant mosquitoes.

So it would be appreciated if you could refrain from clipping things referencing it.
