If you want Chemist that is in the Records, to be unlocked, best to fill B with A, then fill C with B, and then fill A with C. Hope this helps!

I'm having the exact same problem and already messed with the viles moving them around and tried to solve the puzzle myself and can reset it either only way is to load a previous save file but the games puzzles are frustrating enough without playing from a feather back previous save file I am Nikki big resident evil games fan I just realized this comment was a year ago opps
