Good to hear Asami getting some respect. Of the female Japanese singers I have heard, she is undeniably the best (runners-up Fuki and Marina), and I'd absolutely put her into the international elite as well. She's a bit like a polite Bruce Dickinson :), and I think she is one of the factors of sucess for this band.
Nasty thrash metal huh.. Haruna slammed the drum effortlessly. The whole song.. no, the whole concert was her solo session. Imagine that. Thanks bro 👍👍🤘
Nice Reaction. I agree, this is one of my favorites. Technically there are so many equally Great songs that are Masterpieces in different ways that it's impossible for me to pick one that is my Ultimate 'Favorite' Lovebites song. I think they have a full recording of the Bravehearted 'short version' they released to Introduce Fami. And I'm also pretty sure that somewhere a bit closer to Christmas we will get a Full version of the song. That's just kind of their pattern - think Awake Again DVD from Dec of 2020. Then we should get one of the songs from Judgment Day in January or early February before it goes on sale 02/22/23 - that's also been their pattern. We'll find out soon enough if I'm smart, or just talking out my Ass🙂. 🤘🐺🤘
The full version of Bravehearted will be released on a DVD/Bluray with the limited edition CD of the album. By now, though, you will see you were out by a month regarding the release of a new song! 😁
No track emphasises the difference in the musical and stage personality of Midori and Miyako than this one. As self appointed world number one Asami fan I hereby appoint you as one of my deputies…
I have said it before, I am not a fan of all Lovebites songs (power metal usually isn't my thing), but I absolutely love this one and "Set the World on Fire". I have listened to plenty of Thrash Metal in the past and these 2 are up there with the better Thrash tracks I know.
On Christmas Eve we will get to see what Fami brings to the table with the official music video for the title track from the new album Judgment Day…should be fun

Move aside Slayer. This version is much better than the studio version IMO. This is my second favorite song behind The Hammer of Wrath. Haruna is amazing, highly underrated in the metal community. Please add "The Awakening/The Hammer of Wrath" to your reaction list, the opening to the encore set of this same concert. Not only my favorite Lovebites song, my favorite song by any band.: ruclips.net/video/otJZPUCwyOM/видео.html
If you mean in Japan, doubtful, but I can see where you are coming from. If you mean worldwide, not a chance imo. There are so many great metal, rock and jazz drummers as well as countless of amazing session drummers. That said, they are both very good drummers and I enjoy both of them a lot. I personally would put Senri Kawaguchi as a better overall drummer even though she probably won't beat both of them for metal and probably rock even with her experience playing with Rie a.k.a Suzaku. There are so many good choices if you only look at female Japanese drummers though. A couple of great ones that might be in the conversation next to Senri are Kanade Sato (overall, not necessarily for metal or rock) and Murata Tamu. And for males you have Yoshiki of X-Japan and Fumiya of Unlucky Morpheus. But like you said, those are all personal choices and I can at least see it if you just look at Japan. I can also totally see why they are your favourite drummers, they are both amazing. Also, I am not hunting you down ;), I just think that best and favourite are not the same thing (best is very difficult to determine as well). How can you put such a "clickbaity" statement and expect nobody to react to it :).
@@MaartenT I agree with what you said. So many of us fans make claims that this is the best or that person is the best or this band is the best. All we are really saying is this is the most favorite and the one I like the best. To truly determine the best candidate in any category is probably impossible because there are so many strong candidates and not everyone who "votes" has seen or witnessed all of them to be able to give an accurate comparison of one versus another.
@@MaartenT I clearly stated MY opinion or "personal choice" and I stick by it Session musicians aside, they are a unique group but all I have heard in my 42 Years (started in 1980 when I was 16)of listening to Music those 2 stand out along with the past greats. Again that is My opinion as I have not heard every Drummer ever I can only form My opinion on what I have heard that is why it WILL differ from everybody else who has listened to so many other groups and genres.
@@DavidMISAMISAMISACook You did mention "personal choice", I have not problem with them being your personal choice as that obviously can never be "wrong". The thing with "the best" is that that isn't a personal choice, "my favourite" is a personal choice. That was the only reason why I responded, mainly the "best overall" part. But there is no reason to keep going on about this because it's just semantics. Like I said in my previous post, I can totally understand why both of them are your favourite drummers they are both amazing drummers and I like them a lot as well. Also, this is the second time in a week or so that I'm going in against people with more experience with music than I am old (I was born in 1984). So while I have been genrehopping since I was 14 or so and have a lot of experience with a lot of different genres of music (although my main focus has been metal for most of that time), there is no way I can even come close to the experience with music you have. So it was basically semantics over the word "best" more than anything else. I didn't want you to change your mind on your favourite drummers, I would never ask somebody to change their personal preference. Everybody obviously has their own preferences and I love that, the world would be very boring if that wasn't the case. Edit: I also hope I came over with all the respect I do have for everybody in these communities, I love discussing things like this but I try always to come at it with a base of respect and I hope you didn't feel attacked because that wasn't my intention.
You're right, Haruna is an amazing drummer. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

LOVEBITES - Break The Wall lyrics:
(DIE) No sign of my time
Cause I wish to live another life
(BY) Who will save my poor soul?
Crying alone in a dim hole
(MY) Can't believe it's real
Cause in the end, everything is gone
(SIDE) How should I live from now?
Find myself staring at the walls
Tonight, I'll break the wall
It's now or never
Now, I'm on my own
I've gotta get free
Bite, I'll break the chain
Run to my shelter
Make it out alive
I have to break through the wall
(DIE)
No sign of my crime
Got my scars during wartime
(BY)
Who's the one that did it
Deadly venom eating me inside
(MY)
Spent my life in vain
I can't forget everything I've done
(SIDE)
I swear to my hatred
Find myself staring at the walls
Tonight, I'll break the wall
It's now or never
Now, I'm on my own
I've gotta get free
Bite, I'll break the chain
Run to my shelter
Make it out alive
I have to break through the wall
SOLO: midori / miyako
(DIE)
No sign of my time
Cause I wish to live another life
(BY)
Who will save my poor soul?
Crying alone in a dim hole
(MY)
Can't believe it's real
Cause in the end, everything is gone
(SIDE)
How should I live from now?

Tonight, I'll break the wall

Now, I'm on my own
