Ima be honest, your videos cover important topics that literally no one else talks about. And the way you talk and give advice feels more genuine. It feels like a friend giving his friend good advice because he cares about him. They don’t feel fake or soulless like other videos from bigger channels.
Yeah give it a go! You should feel more powerful too and make sure to keep the elbows tight too so that the shoulder stays safe! And then your progress will go 📈
Here are some video ideas that I feel like me and others would find beneficial: -what you do to recover and prepare for your next workout. -how to deal with elbow injuries and how to strengthen your elbows -An overview of the supplements you take, why you take them, and what supplements do you recommend to calisthenics athletes
Man the last one I answered your question in the Q&A that I lost 💀. But yeah it’s a good topic. And the top one is a really good one too! The elbow one would be more general rather than specific. But the next video is a good one 😉👊🏼
@@filipplekanec Currently dealing with elbow problems so that would be a very useful one! Could make it into a shorter type of video since its not such a specific topic.
Great video! Applying this today as it is my pushday will record my progress too because chest and shoulders has always been a battle for me in terms of growth. Strength has been there but mass nah haha
sorry bro, i just started training with minimal equipment and i would like a lot to ask you an advice. I’have created this routine for the upper, is it decent? MONDAY: 20 down push ups+ 10 down pull ups WEDNESDAY :3set of handstand + max push ups in 10 minutes/ Thursday: max pull ups in 10 minutes+ abs/ Saturday 120 push ups+60 pull ups + lateral raises.
Hey bro! Never apologise. Yeah it’s great man I did something similar in the beginning too. Now just know that there’s many other routines, styles and approaches out there, that you should try to really see what works. Because if you stick with that forever. Eventually you won’t grow so you have to keep progressive overload and then eventually try out something new to see if it’s better. But keep going man! The routine is really nice 👍🏼
Good question bro, with Calisthenics if you trained for a long time doing push and pull you would eventually build big front and rear delts. It never targets the lateral head specific but the more intense skills like a 90 degree push up will hit all the heads. But because it’s so compound and doesn’t specifically isolate the area which you may feel like you want to grow more. You can always supplement bodybuilding and win even more. And do your bodybuilding after your Calisthenics 💪🏼 hope it helps
