I really love the lyricism. I find that lamb of gods music has a way of uncovering a nasty truth most people try to forget or ignore. They have way of expressing the corruption and vile tragedy of government and socio political scenes... this world is not a kind world. It's very evil, and a lot of people are blind to what's really in front of them. What we are fed and taught growing up is nothing but a facade... A curtain to hide what this world is. The life we live is just merely a metaphor, we are nothing but cogs in a machine... The American Patriot. I appreciate their raw energy, I appreciate the blunt and frank truth. It's a nasty pill to swallow but I'd rather see the world for what it truly is than be blind and ignorant, frolicking in a broken world with bliss. I'd rather have the satisfaction of knowing what the fuck is up and the lyricism in all of their songs is pure fucking gold.
